The organizer will NOT arrange accommodation. Please make your own arrangements for hotel accommodations.
Invitation Letter
Invitation letter (in English) indicating referenced number will be sent to each participant. The request for invitation letters should be made by e-mail to JCNIRS secretary ().
Document for visa application
If you need documents for your visa application to enter Japan, please ask JCNIRS secretary ().

The official language of the workshop is English.

In the dates of the workshop, outside air temperature in Nagoya area will range from 5 to 15 ℃
