General Information
Accommodation: The Symposium organizer is making an arrangement with Hotel Shiroyama for special room rate. Reservation can be made using our form provided on the ANS2016 website in June. Reservations of the other hotels in the city are also available through the website.
Invitation Letter: Invitation letter (in English) indicating referenced number will be sent to each participant. The request for invitation letters should be made by e-mail to the symposium secretary ().
Document for visa application: If you need documents for your visa application to enter Japan, please ask symposium secretary ().
Language: The official language of the Symposium will be English except for Short Course J held in Kagoshima University which will be in Japanese.
Climate: In the dates of ANS2016, outside air temperature in Kagoshima area will range from 5 to 15 ℃
Electricity: The electrical current in Kagoshima is AC100V/60Hz (plug type A).
Internet: Wi-Fi service is available in Hotel Shiroyama.
